Paris FC’s jerseys are made by Adidas, with home, away and third kits each featuring distinct designs. The home kit is primarily deep blue with a white polo collar, light blue fine stripes on the sides and three white stripes on the shoulders. The Latin phrase “Fluctuat Nec Mergitur” is printed at the back of the collar, embodying the spirit of Paris. Paris FC was founded in 1969. In 1970, it merged with Stade Saint‑Germain to form Paris Saint‑Germain, but in 1972 it became independent again due to management and identity differences, retaining its Ligue 1 place and professional players. The club experienced early promotion and relegation struggles, and after its first relegation in 1974, it spent many years in Ligue 2 and lower divisions. Paris FC returned to professional football in 2015, gradually stabilized and strengthened its academy, developing several young French players. In 2025, the team secured promotion, and the 2025‑26 season marks its return to Ligue 1 after 46 years, signaling the club’s re-entry into the mainstream of French football.
